Nishtha was fascinated by buildings and its construction since childhood. Her family background in the same field cultivated in her a passion for architecture. Her dedication towards her work gets reflected in her educational achievements and varied work experiences. Nishtha has done a Bachelor of Architecture from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, then she worked for an year exposing herself to various high-end residential and commercial projects at Agrawal and Agrawal Architects, Kolkata. After that, she did a Master of Building Engineering and Management from the most reputed architecture college in the country, the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi; where, because of her outstanding performance in the studies, she got an opportunity to study at the University of Melbourne in Australia, which is among top universities in the world. Her bachelor and a master's degree make her competent in all the fields that are crucial for any construction project, i.e, ARCHITECTURE, ENGINEERING, and MANAGEMENT.

She has worked and studied in various cities like Delhi, Kolkata, Ranchi, Jaipur, Patna, Bhuj, Kathmandu in Nepal and Melbourne in Australia. With her diverse exposure and experience of various cities' architecture and construction of India and abroad, she started the firm OmNi Achitects with her colleague, Ar. Om Diwakar, who shares the same interest and passion for architecture.
