The basement serves as parking and also accommodates the caretaker's room, toilet, and other service spaces. The Residence contains five bedrooms, a gym, a library, a kitchen, a small pantry, living, dining, and entry foyer. The upper two storeys are designed as a duplex. Pergola on the terrace enhances the usability of the terrace.
