Duplex Bungalow, Araria
This project was designed to address the client's expectation of a modern bungalow in the vernacular style. The roof of the building has been given a look of a terracotta tiled roof and a circular ventilator gives an impression of ventilators in vernacular mud houses.
Furthermore, Gazebo improves the usability of the garden in front of the building. The large terraces on the first floor compensate for the absence of an accessible roof and blend with the interior spaces of the first floor increasing its usability and liveliness.
The bungalow accommodates 5 bedrooms with attached toilets, a kitchen, large dining and living spaces, and a servant's quarter. The bungalow has been planned as a duplex to ensure good connectivity between the floors.
