The plot for the project was extremely narrow and in a trapezoidal shape, still, the building accommodates 2 BHK flats on both the first and second floors each, with sufficient parking space on the ground floor. It was challenging to accommodate all the necessary spaces in a narrow trapezoidal plot. However, the challenge was beautifully addressed by designing all the usable spaces into ideal geometric shapes and enough ventilation.
